↗Service Charge RescueComing soon
For residential leasehold flat owners

Another demand.
More fees.
Still no way out? It’s time to take
back control.

Unpaid service charges. Threatening letters. Debt collection and legal fees piling on top. And the sinking feeling that the more you question it, the worse it gets.

We know that feeling. That’s why we’re building Service Charge Rescue.

ANOTHER LETTER LANDS

Demand for payment

Service charge arrears+
Administration fees+
Debt collection costs+
Legal fees+

The balance grows.
So does the pressure.

But what should you
actually have to pay?

You deserve a clearer picture—and a practical way forward.

Illustration of a demand, not a real case.
Does this sound familiar?

You’re trying to sort it out.
But every letter makes it harder.

01 / THE FEES

“How has the balance got this high?”

Extra fees keep appearing. You want to understand what they’re for, whether they’re justified and what can be challenged.

02 / THE PRESSURE

“I dread opening the next letter.”

Demands, deadlines and threats of further action are taking their toll. You feel pressured to pay just to make it stop.

03 / THE FRUSTRATION

“Nobody is giving me a straight answer.”

You’ve asked questions. You’ve tried to explain. Yet you’re still left chasing answers while the debt hangs over you.

A clearer way forward is coming

Challenge unfair costs.
Lower your service charge debt.
Take back control.

We’re developing a practical service to help leaseholders understand what’s being claimed, identify costs worth challenging and pursue reductions or workable payment arrangements where possible.

The service is being finalised. Support and outcomes will depend on each case; reductions are not guaranteed.

Built from lived experience
26+years of leasehold
property experience

We understand the pressure behind the paperwork.

Our founders know the frustration of escalating demands, disproportionate fees and repeated threats—from first-hand experience as leasehold property owners.

Over more than 26 years, we’ve learned how to scrutinise the paperwork, question added costs and work towards practical resolutions. Now we’re building Service Charge Rescue to help other leaseholders find that same clarity and regain control.

You should feel heard. You should understand your options. And you should know what happens next.
